402k Terms & Conditions — please read before you start

1 General Terms & Conditions

By creating an account on 402k or using the platform, you are deemed to have fully agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between 402k and its users.

402k reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via your registered email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

• This platform is intended for personal entertainment purposes only.
• Betting for commercial purposes or on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Using automated software or bots to access any 402k service is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to hack or gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform will result in legal action.
• 402k reserves the right to partially or fully suspend its services at any time.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To create an account on 402k, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Accounts created with false or incorrect details may be terminated at any time and all balances may be forfeited.

Registration Requirements

• Each individual may only One open one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being permanently closed.
• The name, date of birth, and address provided at registration must be accurate.
• Your account is for your personal use only — it must not be shared with or used by anyone else.
• A valid mobile number and email address are required at the time of registration.

KYC Verification Process

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. You will need to submit one of the following government-issued ID documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License

3 Betting Policy & Rules

It is important to fully understand these policies before betting on 402k. In the event of any betting dispute, 402k's decision shall be final.

Bet Acceptance

• If your internet connection drops before a bet is confirmed, that bet may be voided.
• 402k reserves the right to cancel any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• Pre-match bets cannot be changed or cancelled once the match has started.
• Odds in live betting change from moment to moment. The odds at the time of confirmation are final.

Bet Cancellation Circumstances

• If a match is not completed within the scheduled time, the bet will be cancelled and the full stake refunded.
• If a team or player withdraws from a competition, all related bets will be reviewed.
• In cases of proven match-fixing or irregular activity, all associated bets will be voided.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

402k follows a clear and transparent policy for all deposits and withdrawals. Our support team is always ready to assist with any payment-related issues.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (three hundred BDT).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are prohibited and will be returned.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. If there is a delay, it will be resolved within 24 hours.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000.
• Withdrawals will not be processed without KYC verification.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Suspicious activity may trigger additional verification, which can take up to 72 hours.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

402k regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which you should read carefully before claiming.

Welcome Bonus

• A Welcome Bonus is available on your first deposit. See the promotions page for bonus amounts and terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must be met first.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per user.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry wagering requirements, meaning the bonus funds must be used in a certain number of bets before they can be withdrawn. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

• The wagering requirement period is typically 30 days.
• Bets placed on certain games or sports may not count toward wagering requirements — check the promotions page for details.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

6 Responsible Gaming Policy

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on your deposits.
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to bet within a given period.

• Session Limits: Set a time limit on how long you play in a single session.

7 Account Closure & Restrictions

402k reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Using betting software, bots, or automated systems.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
• Using abusive language or behavior toward other users or staff.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, though it may be held until any disputes are resolved.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

402k places the highest priority on protecting your personal information. Data collected at registration is used solely for account management, payment processing, and compliance with legal obligations.
